Role summary
Cowtown Logistics is looking for a business development representative who can prospect new customers, build trust quickly, and turn outreach into long-term freight relationships. This role is built for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
What you’ll do
The role combines prospecting, outreach, relationship-building, and revenue accountability.

Prospect and qualify new business
- Use cold calling, email, social media, and outbound campaigns to start conversations with qualified prospects.

Build and nurture relationships
- Visit prospects, build trust, and develop repeat freight opportunities through consistent follow-up.

Drive revenue growth
- Build a strong customer base and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Stay sharp on the market
- Maintain a working knowledge of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive conditions.
Requirements

Compensation
Compensation and benefits
This full-time position is based in Fort Worth and includes a salary structure of $50,000 plus commission and health benefits. It is a strong fit for someone who wants both earning potential and a clear path to grow inside a freight-focused sales team.
