What you’ll do

- Generate revenue and profit
- Build monthly production through durable customer relationships and disciplined execution.
- Develop a qualified sales pipeline
- Generate leads, attract new prospects, and maintain a working database of target accounts.
- Coordinate freight with carriers and customers
- Collaborate with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to manage scheduled pickups, delivery expectations, and shipment visibility.
- Stay current on market conditions
- Track transportation market trends and use that information to support pricing, communication, and planning.
